I started my journey into recruiting a little over a year ago and I am so happy I did so. After 14 years in the insurance industry, and having done every role I wanted and worked for most of the major companies, I sold my agency and decided it was time for a change. I didn't quite know what I was going to do next, so I decided to try a staffing agency. They ended up bringing me on internally and I ended up totally loving recruiting and I decided that is where I wanted my career to go. I'm excited to see where this adventure will lead me!
