About Robert Wade:

After interacting with multiple recruiters, I was impressed by Robert's communication skills. Most recruiters understand how to be professional but Robert was very kind and friendly in the way he explained the job and my needs to review the offer. He answered questions not only, to the best of his ability but found resources to help me review benefits and the travel requirements. And his availability was beyond anything other recruiters offered. I knew I could call or email him anytime of the day or weekend and he would respond shortly. It's as if he's in the boat with us, those searching for a job unsure if they will find safety, and he's steering the boat with a calmness to dissipate our nervousness.
