Kristin responded to my questions immediately and guided me through the entire process. She called, texted and emailed me throughout the hiring process to check in with me, answer my questions and reassure me that all was moving along as it should be. There was some confusion about the additional fingerprinting and CBR application that was required by the hiring school district. This confused me as I expected to be working already. However, this may be due in part to my own expectations and not asking to clarify how soon the district (MECP) expected me to be working with them. Overall, Krisitin was great to work with!
