I really enjoy working with Jacob. He is knowledgable, very nice and professional, and responds in a rather timely manner to questions I have along the way. :) The only issue I have had which was not his fault per say, is an original offer made from the account manager that is no longer being offered this is unacceptable due to the offer being the very reason I accepted the position. I would like a chance to speak to an account manager or whom ever is responsible for specific offers. I feel this person or persons can restore the original offer made. I also feel that my many many years of experience extensive knowledge in the postion does deserve a better/ or the original offer made in comparison to the average offer given to any experience level beyond the required 6 months to a year in the same or similar setting.
