I had given up on using Shiftmed app after talking to multiple people about not being able to access shifts, but after a few days David texted me and asked me if there was anything I needed help with, I told him about my situation and told him I was pretty much done with shift med, I had a very frustrating experience. Then David texted me and told me that he would make sure to work with me until I was able to fix the problem, I was a little skeptical, however I saw that he wasn’t giving up on me and helped me through figuring out the problem, he made my day!!! You need staff like David, people that don’t give up and are willing to help and have the knowledge. David is an asset to your company. Thank you so much David!!:):)
