Sharmeda has been very warm, polite & professional since the very first phone call. She answered all my questions before I asked, & provided clarity when I needed it. She’s very easy to talk to & very knowledgeable in what she does. The process in being placed on assignment was made very smooth, & even when I wasn’t always the best with following up on different steps in my on boarding process, she’d always gently remind me. Definitely 10 stars!
