Mike was great, i submitted a resume for a job posting on glassdoor, and Mike called me the same afternoon to discuss my resume and career goals, and to present me with another job posting opportunity that he felt i would be a good fit for. It was great to feel that he took my resume, and saw a opportunity the he felt would be good for me, and i will in complete agreement. He described the job well, and asked me a series of questions to make sure i was the right fit. He follows up in a timely manner, hope to continue to work with him on exciting job opportunities as they come up, if the current one does not work out.
