Mike is an awesome guy. He has been very eager to help out in any way possible to help guide me in the right path toward a specific job. The job that I'm inquiring about is with a particular company that I'm very interested in working for, therefore is not Mike's fault that they do not wish to share the exact details of the job title or position. From my perspective it seemed as if Bright wing as well as the company had seen many common interests within my resume and believed that I would be a great fit for this position. I had a phone interview with this company directly after speaking with Mike first over the phone, and then in person. Mike even took the time to call me before the phone interview just to make sure If I had questions or concerns they were answered, and also to try to offer me insight. It was cool that he called on his way to work just to prep me up a little for the phone interview, scheduled 2 hours later. That was enough to make me feel that he actually cared. Sitting down with Mike and his colleague,(forgive me for forgetting his name,) I felt that they're very down to earth, and definitely made me feel welcome. I really hope things do pan out with this position, however if it for some reason does not I would love to hear back from Mike about any other positions that are related. From now to then, obviously I will be eagerly looking for solid full time work to provide for my family no matter where I have to go. With this being said, I do think that Mike will be back in touch with me in the future based on our conversations and interview together. Overall, I think you have a great recruiter who is awesome with people skills, communication and most definitely on top of trying to place the right people into Brightwing. Mike is one of the good guys. He is easy to talk to, knowledgeable in engineering and has a sense of humor too. He is a shining example of what recruiters in the staffing world should be.
