About Mike Gourley:

Mike approached me with a couple different opportunities. One was obviously not a fit for me but the second seems more promising. We will see how the employer responds to my resume and Mike's description of my backgrough. He also helped me better understand the job landscape amidst the coronavirus pandemic which was valuable info for me.

Since this was the first contact I've had with Mike, I can only provide feedback to that extent. Mike was very fluid and professional in his approach. Through his series of questions during our conversation, it was clear that he really wanted to understand what type of position would be the best match for both myself and the new prospective employer. As such, I would have to say that one of Mike's strengths is his ability to talk with and understand the needs of his clients' at the professional level, while conducting the conversation at the human/personal level.
