About Mike Gourley:

Mike reached out to me about a newer company’s positional needs last week. We had a phone discussion that was easy to discuss career goals, but it also felt like I was talking to a longtime friend. Mike is a guy that can ‘read the room’, I can be more open and general with a recruiter (casual discussion), before turning it on during an interview process, and Mike understood that without trying to groom my methods.
