Many recruiters are not well informed regarding the industry they contact you about, and play poker with you regarding opportunities, compensation, etc... such that you can often waste time with them only to find out the job is a terrible match, or pays so low that you would never consider it. Jeremy was candid, well informed, and able to match my skills with a real job that required them. He was also organized, easy to talk to, and has great follow-up.
