Justin was outstanding as a recruiter. He followed up with what the company was looking for and was able to acquire an interview with the company. Then followed up me on how the interview went. He was very personable, candid and transparent in the sharing of the position and experience, as well as understanding my background and how it mapped to the need of the client, job description, etc. This was an urgent need a couple of weeks ago and Tommy expressed my background looked to be an excellent match. However, I haven't heard back yet so I'm guessing the position may have been filled by another person or possibly the role put on hold.
