In all honesty, coming out of college moving to the workforce can be very difficult. Getting to work with Jack was by far an amazing experience. Tommy is a great recruiter and he gave amazing insights into not only the position but also the company and the individual that I was interviewing with. He coached me well before the first interview and I felt really prepared and knew what to expect. He was proactive in communication and we talked a few times before my first interview with the client.
