Todd is really different. He spent a lot of time talking to me, and really trying to understand what motivates my job search. He was also very good about suggesting positions that I had not considered, but might be a good fit, based on my background. I have never had a recruiter do such a deep dive on my background and interests before. Todd is really exceptional in this regard. I can't think of anyone that I would trust more with my job search.
