About Justin Noack:

Justin has very helpful, professional and patient. It's clear that he has good relationships with his clients and understands the positions he is recruiting for. It is evident that he uses a targeted quality approach vs a scatter-gun high volume approach. As an applicant this is very refreshing, since it is frequently not the norm.

About Todd Unrein:

I’ve met many recruiters in my tenure as a software developer. I’ve met two that I can rely on to get me in front of a job that I can attain. Todd is the only one I’ve been able to count on regardless of how the market looks. He’s always been able to come up with something. Todd has always been on top of things, he moves fast and has never steered me wrong. He’s transparent and unbiased, and has always had my best interest in mind. I will continue working with Todd as long as I need a job and will refer anyone looking for jobs in tech to him.
