About Tommy Phillips:

Tommy has been an awesome person to work with. In my career I have worked with various headhunters and recruiters, and my very honest feedback is that he is one of the best I've ever spoken with. He is extremely thorough, transparent, listening, and perhaps most importantly has great communication. I am currently working with another recruiter for a separate position and my experience with that person is so the opposite of the aforementioned attributes that I have decided to part ways. I had not been looking for new opportunities. However somehow Tommy found me and presented one that was ideal. As a contractor, I always need my eye on the future. But more importantly, I seek a sense of mission in my career as well as good culture, good role fit, and the hope for career stability. Tommy brought that to me and I am greatful.
