Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a local roaster and distributor of fine coffees from all over the world.  We are currently looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associates to help us deliver exceptional coffee customers all over the country.  This is a full time 1st shift position in Raleigh, NC

Shift: 9am-5pm M-F Pay: $16/hr-$18/hr Based on experience and ability Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily specialty coffee orders, including labeling, blending, grinding, flavoring, and packaging.

• Operate coffee production equipment such as grinders, heat sealers, and weigh/fill machines.

• Maintain cleanliness of roasting and packaging equipment and work areas in accordance with GMP and Food Safety standards.

• Track and manage weekly, monthly, and annual production inventory.

• Perform routine maintenance on roasting, grinding, and packaging equipment.

• Operate pallet movers and forklifts to unload and organize coffee shipments.

• Assist with shipping/receiving, warehouse organization, building maintenance, and brewing equipment upkeep.

• Follow all workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Previous experience in food or beverage production preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

• Basic math and computer skills; familiarity with UPS Worldship a plus.

• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted and perform repetitive motions.

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods.

• Capable of working in a moderately noisy, dusty, and warm environment (temperatures may exceed 100°F near equipment).

• Visual, hearing, and verbal acuity sufficient for safe machine operation and communication.

• Climate-controlled facility with occasional exposure to heat, dust, and noise.

• Safety equipment (hearing protection, respirators, eye protection) provided.
