Job Title: Field Systems Technician, Portsmouth, NH

A growing communications service provider in Portsmouth, NH is hiring a Field Systems Technician. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn. No prior industry experience is required—training is provided through a combination of peer mentoring, on-the-job learning, and online/classroom instruction.

• Install, configure, and maintain communication systems
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and servicing of radio systems at customer and remote locations
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and connectivity issues
• Configure and initialize accessories to meet customer needs  

• Motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with technology, electronics, or IT systems
• Flexible and eager to learn in a hands-on training environment
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Must pass a background check

• Background in IT, electronics, or communications systems
• Technically inclined with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools
