Job Title: Project Coordinator

Pay: $20–$30 per hour (Depending on experience) Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a fast-paced, career growth opportunity where your organizational skills truly make a difference? Join a dynamic and collaborative construction services team as a Project Coordinator in Dover, NH and play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish.

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll oversee multiple active projects, ensuring each one runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, field supervisors, vendors, and construction teams to align scheduling, materials delivery, and progress tracking—keeping all moving parts in sync to achieve success.

What You’ll Do:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and monitoring 8–15 active security installation projects at a time.
  • Collaborating with Project Managers to develop timelines, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.
  • Ensuring all stakeholders—including field teams, vendors, and construction partners—stay on schedule.
  • Acting as the central point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal staff.
  • Providing regular updates, resolving issues, and tracking overall project progress.
  • Coordinating between construction project managers and field supervisors.
  • Overseeing inventory and ensuring timely delivery of tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Working with vendors to track and expedite orders, backorders, and special items.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records, contracts, RFIs, change orders, and reports.
  • Tracking project timelines and budgets to ensure adherence.
  • Supporting on-site quality checks to maintain safety and security standards.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks or potential delays.
  • Communicating updates to clients, ensuring expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Addressing concerns professionally and efficiently.
What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Education/Experience: 3+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or security services.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project; familiarity with construction workflows and terminology.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Work Style: Team-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently under pressure.
  • Other Requirements: Reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits and flexibility for project needs outside regular hours.
