Job Title: Production Associate

Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour Hours: Varies (Day shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule; Night shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM, Sunday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Friday + alternating Saturday) Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Associate, you'll assist with various manufacturing tasks, support production processes, and help keep the work area clean and organized. You'll work closely with your team to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently, making a tangible impact every day.

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for

• Assisting with day-to-day production and manufacturing tasks
• Handling and moving materials throughout the production area
• Supporting production equipment and processes as assigned
• Inspecting materials and finished products for quality
• Maintaining clean and organized work areas
• Following established safety and production procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals

• Comfort working 12-hour shifts
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Willingness to perform bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive motions
• Capability to lift and handle materials throughout the shift
• Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
• Willingness to learn and take on various responsibilities
• Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
