Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour Hours: 12-hour Day & Night Shifts Start Date: ASAP Location: Near Topsham, ME

Looking for full-time hours without working five days every week?

Bonney Staffing is urgently hiring Production Material Handlers near Topsham for an upcoming production project. In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside production equipment, stacking, loading, organizing, and moving materials throughout the production process.

With 12-hour shifts, you'll work just 3–4 days per week while still getting full-time hours—and you'll have multiple days off each week!

What You'll Do

As a Production Material Handler, you will:

• Stack and organize materials throughout the production process
• Load materials into designated production areas and equipment
• Move finished and unfinished materials throughout the work area
• Keep materials organized and production areas clean and clear
• Perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, and twisting throughout your shift
• Work alongside machine operators and other production team members
• Follow established safety and production procedures
• Help keep production moving safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required. We're looking for people who:

• Are dependable and have consistent attendance
• Are comfortable working 12-hour shifts
• Can stand and walk for extended periods
• Are comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
• Can regularly bend, reach, twist, lift, and move materials
• Can work in a busy manufacturing environment
• Can follow instructions and established safety procedures
• Work well as part of a production team

Choose the Schedule That Works for You

Day Shift | $18.00/hour | 6:30 AM–6:30 PM

Work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, meaning you'll work 2 days, have 2 days off, work 3 days, and then the schedule flips the following week.

That means you'll work only 3–4 days each week and enjoy every other weekend off.

Night Shift | $20.00/hour | 6:30 PM–6:30 AM

Choose from available night schedules:

• Sunday–Tuesday + alternating Saturdays
• Wednesday–Friday + alternating Saturdays

You'll still get full-time hours while working only 3–4 days per week.

What You'll Need

• Steel-toe shoes
• Reliable transportation to the worksite near Topsham
• Ability to work your selected 12-hour schedule consistently
• Ability to perform physical and repetitive work throughout the shift

Additional PPE is available on-site as needed.
