The part time, temporary Office Assistant job in Bangor, Maine is responsible for answering phones, providing general office support, as well as new hire paperwork such as I9 and payroll documentation. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to complete basic office tasks, assist with customer memberships and be a positive customer facing employee. This is a part time, temporary 1st shift position.
Office Assistant Qualifications:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Written communication skills
Pleasant personality and solid phone presence
Ability to work well with others and independently
Must be a customer service driven individual
Solid MS office and excel skills
Quickbooks knowledge preferred but not required
Required Skills:
Solid customer service skills
Office experience
Computer skills such as MS Office
Office Assistant Details:
Schedule: Part time, Monday-Friday 830am-5pm
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Start Date: ASAP
