The Sawmill job in the Pittsfield, Maine area is responsible for preparing shipments, cleaning up the yard, and operating a lathe machine as needed.  You’ll have a solid understanding of general labor along with the sawmill production processes. This is a full time, position with multiple shifts available. 

 Sawmill Qualifications: 

• High School Graduate or Equivalent

• Ability to lift, reach, bend and pull through the shift

• Detail oriented and the ability to work independently and with others  

• Strong time management skills 

• Experience with sawmill operation preferred but not required

• Strong written and verbal skills 

• Can do attitude 

• High school graduate or equivalent 

  Sawmill Details: 

• Schedule: 1st shift, split and weekend shifts avaialble 

• Pay Rate: $15.46/hr

• Start Date: ASAP
