The Executive Assistant job in Ellsworth, Maine is responsible for providing direct support to the CEO, controlling a calendar, scheduling meetings and priorities as well as being responsible for preparing all needed materials for the CEO. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to coordinate travel plans, meetings and perform standard administrative tasks as requested. This is a temporary full time position.  

Executive Assistant Qualifications: 

• High School Graduate or equivalent

• Ability to sit for long periods of time 

• Must be able to occasionally lift 25 pounds

• Must be computer literate, with the ability to operate a standard keyboard and office equipment

• Professional dress code

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal 

• Solid administrative skills with common applications such as MS Office

Executive Assistant Details: 

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

• Pay Rate: $23-26/hr

• Start Date: ASAP
