The part time, Bookkeeper job in Ellsworth, Maine is responsible for providing administrative support, perform coordination tasks as well as assisting with processing payroll and accounting tasks. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to prepare marketing materials, maintain accurate records, make bank deposits and enter payroll. This is a part time, 1st shift position.
Bookkeeper Qualifications:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Strong customer service and office skills
Written communication skills
Pleasant personality and solid phone presence
Ability to work well with others and independently
Must be a customer service driven individual
Solid MS office and excel skills
Quickbooks knowledge preferred but not required
Ability to sit for the duration of the shift
Must be able to work independently
Bookkeeping and or payroll skills
Exposure to working with social media and public relations highly desired
Required Skills:
Solid customer service skills
Bookkeeping experience
Computer skills such as MS Office
Bookkeeper Details:
Schedule: Part time Monday-Friday 1st shift
Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr DOE
Start Date: ASAP
