The Call Center Representative job in Bangor, Maine is responsible for answering phones, assisting customers and providing account support such as resetting passwords. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to work quickly, while providing outstanding customer service via a multi-line phone system. This is a full time temp to hire position. 

Call Center Representative Qualifications: 

• High School Graduate or Equivalent

• Customer service experience

• Attention to detail 

• Solid problem solving skills

• Business casual office setting

• Excellent written and verbal skills

Required Skills: 

• Solid customer service skills

• Solid phone skills using a multi phone line system 

Call Center Representative Details: 

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

• Pay Rate: $17-19/hr

• Start Date: ASAP
