I had a great experience working with Cathleen. She helped me find a job quickly, kept communication clear and consistent throughout the entire process, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about getting you placed in the right position, not just any job. Overall, Cathleen did an excellent job, and I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for help finding work.

I arrived about 15–20 minutes late to our meeting due to unexpected car problems, which I know was not the best first impression. What meant a lot to me was that she was still understanding about it. I was also honest about my history with them from over three years ago, when I had been late or missed time and was even given a job opportunity that I unfortunately did not show up for. I explained that it had been years and that I had recently moved to Maine. She listened to me and gave me the chance to explain without making me feel judged.
One thing that really stood out to me during our conversation was how she handled a particular moment when we were discussing my past employment, including my previous experience with them. The conversation touched on a topic that I still feel strongly about, and I started to get upset. She handled it very smoothly and professionally by redirecting the conversation. I believe she could tell that it was something I cared deeply about. Whether that was the reason or not, I really respected and appreciated how professionally she handled the situation.
The following day she contacted me and set up a phone interview for the position I applied for, and then the very next day helped arrange an in-person interview with the same company.
She is clearly very good at what she does. Being able to read people is not something everyone can do, and she demonstrated that well. She listened, treated me with respect, and did not judge or look down on me the way some places unfortunately do. That meant a lot, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and effort she showed in helping me move forward.
