Lisa went out of her way to research GIS and actively seek opportunities for me. I have worked with many agencies in the past, and usually, the recruiter just brushes my passion for GIS off and tries to fill their positions. Lisa didn't do that, and she respected my needs. I felt she listened to me, and she really cared about what I wanted.
