Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Assistant
Pay: $19/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
Start Date: ASAP

As a Warehouse Shipping Assistant, you’ll support daily shipping operations, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You’ll work closely with the warehouse supervisor and shipping team to keep processes running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
As a Warehouse Shipping Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Printing the Daily Order Shipping Report
- Reviewing the report and confirming special labeling requirements with production and customer service
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Shipping using UPS and FedEx software
- Generating and scheduling pickups
- Processing sample orders as directed by Customer Service
- Creating documentation for shipments
- Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and accurate position labeling in the warehouse
- Performing daily cycle counts and participating in annual inventory
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Receiving incoming goods and completing related computer transactions
- Setting up and staging production orders
- Working as a positive, team-oriented contributor
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Computer proficiency, including shipping and ERP systems
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
- Warehouse experience
- Forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort operating warehouse equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
