Job Title: Material Technician – Direct Hire Pay: $20/hr + 10% shift differential for 2nd shift ($22/hr total for 2nd shift) Hours:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM (4-day work week) Start Date: ASAP (Approx. 3-week pre-employment process)

As a Weaving Technician, you’ll play a key role in supporting the production of multi-directional weaves that meet precise specifications. You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled environment and collaborate with a dedicated team focused on quality, safety, and innovation. What You’ll Do:

As a Weaving Technician, you will:

• Perform repetitive hand weaving tasks using tools and applying physical force to weaving fixtures.

• Handle needles, spools, and perform related utility jobs.

• Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

• Set up looms, complete rodding, weaving functions, documentation updates, in-process compressions, and frame installations.

• Wear required personal protective equipment, including safety shoes and eyewear.

• Maintain safe operations by following company safety procedures and regulations.

• Support and participate in company-wide Lean improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Education: High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).

• Experience: Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.

• Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination, excellent attention to detail, ability to read and follow instructions, and basic math skills (testing required).

• Personal Characteristics: Safety-minded, dependable, motivated to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Certifications/Licenses: None required, but must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Passport or ability to obtain one).

• Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
