Job Title: Overnight Cleanup Crew – Urgently Hiring

Pay: $25/hour Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts) Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking Overnight Cleanup Crew Members for a short-term project with our client located in Topsham, Maine. The Overnight Cleanup Crew will support a large-scale store cleanup operation conducted during overnight hours. The crew will work aisle by aisle, removing and cleaning merchandise and shelving, and returning items to their original locations. The Overnight Cleanup Crew plays a vital role in restoring the store layout and ensuring it meets high cleanliness and organization standards. This is a temporary, fast-paced assignment expected to last approximately 4+ days.

As an Overnight Cleanup Crew Member, you will be responsible for:

• Arriving by 6:45 PM daily for a required safety briefing

• Cleaning store aisles by removing merchandise, wiping down shelves, and returning items accurately

• Identifying and flagging damaged or questionable inventory for further instruction

• Working closely with on-site client staff and safety trainers

• Following all PPE and safety protocols, including proper N95 mask and glove usage

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout the shift

• Supporting lift-trained crew members with ceiling cleaning tasks (if certified)

• Performing physical tasks such as bending, stooping, lifting, and sliding items throughout the shift

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or janitorial work (preferred but not required)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• A reliable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude

• The ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Required footwear: composite or steel-toe shoes

• Comfortable and durable work clothing suitable for physical labor

• No specific licenses required; lift certification is a plus for designated tasks
