The Shipping Department Customer Service Representative job in South Portland, Maine is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, loading and unloading deliveries, and processing orders in the Shipping & Receiving department, however, must also handle some face to face and phone customer service of customers buying products from the location.  You’ll need a solid commitment to integrity, longevity, and reliability in all tasks. This is a full-time position. Shipping Department Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Prior production or warehouse experience preferred
  • Forklift experience a plus (training provided)
  • Valid Class B driver’s license preferred (or willingness to obtain HazMat endorsement within 90 days)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lift heavy items, perform physical tasks, and follow safety protocols
  • Longevity in previous roles, with a preference for candidates who show dedication and commitment to growth
Shipping Department Customer Service Representative Details:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with overtime as needed
  • Pay Rate: up to $22/hr
  • Start Date: ASAP (3 days orientation and forklift training required in Auburn)
