He quickly set up a meeting with the firm's owner plus Danny went went the extra mile to call me to remind me about the meeting. My discussions with Danny have been professional with also a "personal" touch. I found him easy to talk to - He has been a partner working with me to succeed. I met Danny Ortiz, and the Benchmark IT recruiting team, towards the end of the Covid pandemic when everyone was pretty tired and the patience reserves were scarce. I worked with Danny toward at least one role. Danny was perspicacious, patient and professional. What impressed me was his and his colleague’s knowledge, their thoroughness of the process that was followed and their forward open and positive “can do” attitude. I did not receive an offer with them, but I must write this review for this particular recruiting team because their manner helped me change my approach to job searching. I borrowed from their energy and their professional enthusiasm. I lent these desirable qualities to my job search and at the end this method did land me the next professional opportunity of my career. We all know what LinkedIn Influencers are, this team with their energy, openness and positivity are real life job market “do good” influencers.
