Senior Process Intelligence Consultant (Celonis) Contract - Hybrid - NYC We are seeking a Senior Process Intelligence Consultant with deep expertise in the Celonis platform to help elevate enterprise-wide process mining and automation capabilities. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional business leaders to identify process inefficiencies, translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions, and deliver measurable value through Celonis-driven initiatives. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of process intelligence engagements, from opportunity identification through value realization. This position plays a critical role in expanding our global Process Intelligence Center of Excellence and scaling process mining, automation, and AI-driven transformation across the organization. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Celonis process intelligence initiatives from discovery through implementation and value tracking
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable Celonis-based solutions
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify process gaps, root causes, and automation opportunities
  • Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to drive measurable operational improvements
  • Leverage Celonis capabilities including:
    • Process Mining
    • Conformance Checking
    • Automation
    • AI-powered insights
  • Partner with data engineering and technical teams to enable data ingestion and pipeline configuration
  • Identify scalability opportunities and continuously improve implementation playbooks
  • Drive executive-level communication with data-driven recommendations and business cases
  • Serve as a thought leader within the Process Intelligence community
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, management consulting, or transformation roles
  • Hands-on experience implementing and delivering projects using Celonis
  • Celonis Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
  • Strong experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent)
  • Experience leading cross-functional stakeholder workshops
  • Strong data storytelling and visualization skills
  • Ability to operate in complex, matrixed enterprise environments
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data pipeline architectures and large-scale system integrations
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Exposure to enterprise cloud environments and analytics ecosystems
