Hi! I am an experienced professional with 5 years experience who started in Database and found a passion for recruiting. With 4+ years of recruiting and leadership experience, I'm known to those I work with as a professional and relentless seeker of talent through creative sourcing strategies using a data-centric approach who partners closely with clients to pinpoint precise recruiting needs and develop a process that emphasizes a great candidate experience through transparency, preparation, speed and feedback.

In my experience with high-volume recruiting organizations, I had recruited and hired for technical roles (cybersecurity, data analytics, software engineering, project management) and Business Sales. In addition to high-volume recruiting, my current role at Benchmark IT is as a Technical Recruiter with focused on delivering talent for Benchmark's Direct and VMS client.
