Jana was the best recruiter I have ever had the pleasure of working with in all my years as a travel nurse. I’ve recently decided to take on a permanent job but I still check in with her to see if she has a travel job that suits my fancy. I can honestly tell you that not only did she go above and beyond as a recruiter to help me she became one of my closet friends! Jana will always be the one I refer nurses to when they inquire about traveling and needing a service to go thru. She is a blessing to nurses and you are very lucky to have her on you’re staff. Jana has always been available anytime that I’ve texted her to ask about jobs/extensions/general questions. She answers immediately (even on weekends). A friend had recommended Jana and before I had even accepted a contract with her, she was already regularly checking in on me during my current contract with another company. A tornado hit the city that I was in and she checked in on me even though she was not my recruiter at the time. That immediately showed me that she’s just a good person in general. She is always honest about the pay whether it be high or low. There are a lot of recruiters in the industry that clearly only care about money, but Jana is the rare one that cares about you as a person! I highly recommend her to any travel nurse.
