Kris Strohmyer

 I live in Omaha, NE and currently work out of my home based office as we all stay safe from Covid. I have lived in Nebraska my whole life and love it here – snow and all! I graduated from University of Nebraska – Lincoln (Go Big Red!) Fun fact: My Dad played for the Corn Huskers and actually went pro from there!
 I have 5 amazing kids that drive me nuts on the daily but I wouldn’t change a thing about them or the lucky life I’ve had so far being their Mom. (Barrett (AF pilot), Ethan (Hunting/fishing guide), Ellie (future nurse), Macie (future nurse) & Lainey (future dental Hygienist)). We also have/had two dogs – Jack (RIP 3/22) and Blu and a Grand-dog named Cash that we babysit as often as possible.
 I am also a cancer survivor - 10 years and planning for many more! My nurses kept me from going down a negative spiral most day. I owe my successful journey through cancer, multiple surgeries and chemo to the nurses that stood by me and my family. I am forever grateful for the sacrifices you make for your patients-you are true heroes!
 I guarantee that I will be just as happy as you will be when we find you a job. Recruiting is my jam and I love helping people find their dream assignment.

Why I love to recruit
It's fun to get to know new people all over the country. I LOVE helping you find the perfect assignment. Relationship building is a strong suit - I will gain your trust by always being honest and transparent. BUt my favorite thing to do is spoiling my nurses through listening and gift giving, of course. :)

When I'm not working I like to
I have my BFA degree - photography and Graphic Design were my specialties. I love to Art! Anything that is creative from DIY home projects to playing in the dirt. Any chance that I can get to be creative is where you'll find me.
