About Christy Birchler:

Christy is an incredible recruiter and has developed a niche market of travelers. She is consistently transparent about job postings and pay breakdown and extremely knowledgeable for a first time traveler that is still learning the process. While she does primarily staff specific specialties, she has access to so many more and is a valuable asset to those travelers as well. Her communication is top notch and you will always know where you’re at in the process whether it be submittal, offer, or logistics for first day. I really can’t say enough great things about this recruiter. There’s a reason I’ve sent her a dozen plus referrals of friends trying to get into the travel industry.

Christy has been my recruiter for 7 years now, and I absolutely love her! I have been a traveler for 7.5 years, and I've worked with 4 different travel companies. None of the other recruiters have ever measured up to Christy's dedication to me. She not only makes sure I'm submitted for every contract in a timely manner, but she has advocated for me while on contract, and has steered me away from potentially negative experiences as a traveler. She likes to do meet and greets in major cities and I've never felt alone. She's upbeat and enthusiastic about her job, and once she gets to know you, she will always have YOUR best interests at heart, not her own. Couldn't say enough Christy, she is worth every penny. I have been sending friends and fellow travelers her was as often as possible.
