I screened several different agencies before I started traveling but Caitlin was the only recruiter I had spoken with who had actually been a travel nurse herself! She understands what the job entails and can relate to the day to day challenges in a way others can't. Caitlin is great! She always comes through when I need an or have questions, she is even there when I start venting about non-work related issues, and how they affect me during the contract. Sometimes I think she can get slightly overwhelmed but who doesn't honestly! Caitlin is transparent, and always gives me 100% honesty even if it's things I don't like to hear, she keeps me grounded I love working with her!
