It’s taken me months to determine what I would say about Jasmin, and I still don’t think I have the words to describe how amazing of a person Jasmin is.
I had the pleasure of meeting her and a travel nurse before she became a recruiter so I personally know that her work ethic is impeccable. Not only is she one of the best nurses I have worked with, but she is extremely adept at working with people in general. She has a way of making you feel right at home when you speak to her.
I have seen her make the seamless transition from badass nurse to travel nurse recruiter and she makes it look easy the entire time.
She is always available when I have questions or concerns and has detailed knowledge of both sides of the fence when it comes to the travel world. She is a wealth of information and always sticks up for me and has my best interests at heart when it comes to finding the perfect job for me. I know that she listens to my requests and never makes me feel pressured into any decision that won’t be right for me.
I know that each encounter we have is genuine and she just absolutely radiates this positive energy that makes me feel like I can take on anything work throws at me.
Not only is she my travel nurse recruiter, advocate, psychiatrist, and healer, but I would consider her a genuine friend. I look forward to working with her for many years into the future!

Jasmin is a wonderful recruiter! She has gone above and beyond to help me with any issues I have. Jasmin is professional but also personal. She follows up with me promptly to answer and questions or concerns . She is knowledgeable and so helpful in her role. I want her to be my recruiter forever! From the beginning I could tell that Jasmin had a big heart and loved her job. I reached out very early looking for a travel job than when I actually wanted to start traveling because I was so nervous and I wasn't sure how the process worked. Jasmin is amazing to say the least. When she realized I was reaching out 5 months in advance she did not drop communication with me like most recruiters did. Instead she coached me through everything step by step. Jasmin is an excellent communicator - she always replied to me in a timely fashion, reached out when she was waiting on a response from someone else, and even took time out of her day to wish me a happy holiday. She is there for you 100% and never thought one of my questions were too silly. I think what I liked the most about Jasmin was when we first spoke on the phone she introduced herself and told me a little bit about her life. She then asked me about myself and what I loved to do. We ended up connecting with similar hobbies. I loved this most about her because it made me feel comfortable and like I was talking to someone who truly cared and wasn't going to do me any wrong. I appreciated this because making the decision to travel nurse was way out of my comfort zone. Jasmin never once discouraged me and always gave me the best advice from having her own experiences traveling. I liked that Jasmin knew both sides; being a nurse as well as being a recruiter for several years. I knew Jasmin was always being honest with me whether it was what I wanted to hear or not. I always felt like she had my best interest in mind. I would absolutely, highly recommend Jasmin to my friends as a recruiter!
Jasmin has been so wonderful and she worked so hard to get me the contact that I wanted. She is very personable and has made me feel like she actually cares about me as a person. I have never had that from and job experience and I truly appreciate it.
