About Ashley Richards:

Ashley is so dedicated to her clients and really goes above and beyond for them. Unfortunately I haven’t had the pleasure of officially accepting a job through her, but that has not stopped her from helping me for months searching for a good fit! Even when I’m barely looking for a job she is there to check in on me and see how things are going because she cares about me as an individual and not just a possible paycheck. I can’t say enough good things about her! She’s the best!

Ashley is the type of dedicated woman, worker, and advocate that can bring out the very best in someone. She hears and not only intently to do her job, but she listens to make you feel heard. She wants to understand and know who she is working with and not only with me as a recruited nurse, but with everyone involved in the process from onboarding to pay to scheduling. Ashley is thorough, on time with responses, and is able to also help me navigate assignments to find the best fit for my needs and my family's needs. She is truly one of a kind! I know that she has to have the same impact on her co-workers and superiors as she has had and continues to have on me. I’m grateful for her hard work and the love she has for others all around her.
