About Ashley Richards:

Ashley was my second recruiter with Atlas and she has big shoes to fill as my first was awesome! Ashley was attentive, quick to reapond and very attuned to what I needed for the assignment. She was able to not only be a recruiter but a “person” to talk to with the anxious in-betweens of travel assignments. Ashley was thorough with impeccable communication skills. I have no complaints with Ashley.

About Ashley Richards:

I’m a new traveler but this is my 2nd assignment. Both with Ashley. She’s very efficient with everything! I’m a person with a higher level of thinking and everyone to be on my level. Before I worked with Ashley, I spoke to a few other recruiters at different agencies. While they were interviewing me, I was getting a feel for the type of recruiter they would be as well, and let’s just say, Ashley made the cut! I appreciate everything she’s done for me thus far!

About Ashley Richards:

I'm sure it's no surprise that travelers work with several recruiters/agencies in the process of searching for a contract. That said, I had been in communication with several before the start of my first contract, but Ashley was by far the best the work with. Not only is she receptive, timely, and knowledgable about the travel industry, but she has also been incredibly supportive and encouraging along the way. Throughout the process of looking for an assignment, Ashley took time to learn what matters most to me in a contract. She was also constantly providing me with updates so I was never left in the dark, and all of that really made a difference as I was new to the travel world. Even now, while on assignment, Ashley checks in often to see how things are going and if there is anything she can do to make the experience even better. Altogether, Ashley has been wonderful and for anyone who is looking for a recruiter I would absolutely send them her way. She deserves so much recognition.

About Ashley Richards:

I landed on Ashley’s lap after my recruiter left the company. From the beginning she was diligent in getting me the job that I need and it was NOT easy. I had a specific specialty in mind and a pay requirement that was not ideal in a declining market but she got me a great offer and checked in FREQUENTLY. she’s amazing, she never made me feel like I was being difficult even though I know I was not the easiest! I would recommend her to anyone who even has the slightest interest in traveling. Atlas Medstaff altogether has the reputation of being one of the best and personable agencies to work with and Ashley is a great model of their company.

About Ashley Richards:

Ashley was an incredible recruiter to start my travel nursing journey with. She was patient, kind, warm, and quick to respond to all my questions/ concerns. If she did not know the answer, she made sure to get it in a timely manner and would always follow up with me. She was very organized and detail-specific with all the compliance requirements and that was a huge help! It took a lot of the stress out of that whole process. I always felt like I was in the loop about everything and we had very clear communication. She would send me positive, encouraging texts throughout the whole process , even during my super long road trip to get to my assignment. She would check in with me often, and I genuinely felt supported. The multiple gift cards that she sent me while on contract-especially the Starbucks gift card on my first day, proved she is just as thoughtful as she is professional. She even sent a generous gift card to the spa near the end of my assignment! I highly recommend Ashley- she truly cares, takes pride in her role, and I know she will not let you down! She is an amazing recruiter and a truly wonderful person.
