I am currently responsible for the strategic leadership and operational delivery of the ATKINS (part of the SNC Lavalin Group) Transportation UK & Europe talent acquisition function. The team partners with the business at all levels, to deliver a complete end to end high volume recruitment service, which includes, experienced hires, early careers (graduates, apprentices & placement students) and temp/contract resourcing.
I have predominant strengths in both strategic and operational high-volume recruitment delivery across various industries; engineering, transportation, infrastructure and defence. Over fourteen years recruitment experience across multiple environments; including internal recruitment, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and agency. Successfully delivered a range of resourcing and talent attraction solutions, incorporating different recruitment models, e.g. high-volume projects, offshore, recruitment transformation, etc. plus cross-cultural management capabilities.
