About Kyle Shinn:

Kyle certainly possess the skillset and attentive care that reassures a job seeker. Not only was he actively communicating throughout the process, including taking the time off to extended his well wishes prior to the interview. Surely made his presence and professionalism felt more like a concerned career advisor than a recruiter who is just trying to land his next commission. Someone who actually care about the process and outcome of his recruit. That certainly made a world of difference to me having been head hunter by many firms and recruiters in the past.

About Kyle Shinn:

I applied for a job back in February, known that a start date was likely to be at the end of this year as this is a new power plant still under construction. Kyle has been in touch throughout this period keeping me updated with how the recruitment is going for this new plant. Spoke with Kyle earlier this year regarding my experiences and he obviously thought I was a good fit for the role and forwarded my CV etc to the new manager of the plant. I attended an interview for the role this week, in which Kyle gave me a good insight into what he thought the interview would progress like, with regards to what questions I may be asked and he was right. Also on the morning of the interview he phoned to wish me luck and went through some last minute advice for the interview. Now I’m just waiting in the hopes I get the job offer, but yeah Kyle has been great throughout all this.
