About Kyle Shinn:

Friendly and enthusiastic throughout, knew and understood my background and skillset and the challenges surrounding my particular job search. I had heard all the stories of other peoples searches and mine could not be more different. Plenty of useful and appropriate feedback and quick to organise and follow up. Kyle has continued to show great interest in how the process is going and following up. All round great guy and a pleasure working with him.

It was an unexpected call, but was very professional though out, could obviously see I had the experience and skill set for the job in question, which a lot of companies don’t seem to consider.
