Sam was very polite, knowledgeable and attentive when submitting my application. I've come to expect nothing less from astute. Unfortunately after me application was submitted I never received any feedback. I've emailed asking for an update but with no response. Considering the level of service I've received from astute in the past I believe she might be on holiday or on leave. If someone could follow up on my application it would be greatly appreciated. :)
