She was very soft spoken and knew the right questions to ask to know what transferrable skill and experience I have suits the role I was applying for. She hit the nail on the head quite well. Kelsey Nineham reached out to me on LinkedIn about the role of a Project Development Engineer at Veolia. She has been fantastic and supportive throughout the process by securing a first-stage interview date with the potential employer whilst discussing the key requirements for the role including pitfalls of candidates previously interviewed by the recruiter. Kelsey is thorough. She called a day before my interview to ensure I was ready and shared her knowledge of the role including the difference between MRF and ERF, which made me look further into the topics. She is also very thoughful, which is demonstarted by her messages on the day of the interview. An area of improvement is for her to evaluate the candidates and ensure the advice given are approrpiate. For example, an individual who has worked in the UK for over 10 years does not need to be reminded to dress formally to an interview. Overall, Kelsey is a great individual and I wish her all the best in her role.
