About Aaron Rayner:

Aaron, was friendly, in asking his questions, providing anecdotes too in sharing his own (relevant) experiences. Where he was unsure of something, he would say so - but would find out and get back to you, nearly immediately. He is passionate about finding the right person and equally the fit/ suitability of the potential new employment for the interviewee.
