Role originally signed off in May – now an urgent requirement
- Looking for someone who can step straight into the role
- Not a position for someone who requires training
- Previous calibre: team of 6 engineers under her
- CVs reviewed jointly by her and Ross – quick turnaround on interviews
- Office based just outside Aberdeen (some on-site presence expected)
- Ross is with Dale Power
- Role will cover a large geographical area – responsible for managing all Scottish operations
- Strong link with Apache / CNR (that's where their candidates/employees have been going)
- Wouldn't mind a submariner, had one interview that was really good
- Selling point is not salary-driven
- Focus is on work-life balance and overall quality of role
Package: 30-45k basic + Offshore allowance of 160 days £70,000
Could be anywhere in Scotland, or even in England, will pay for fuel
