Electrical Package Manager
Day rate - £420.00 to £460.00 (Outside IR35)
Start date - August 2023
Duration - 9 months
Location - Aberdare .
The Role
We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Package Manager to join the Principal Contractor on a new a build Open Cycle Gas Turbine project based in Stewartby, Bedfordshire. The Electrical Package will oversee the full electrical installations, whilst monitoring the Electrical Sub-contractors day to day activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Electrical Package Manager, you will be responsible for:
- You will be responsible for overseeing the full Electrical installations.
- Installation of HV supply packages
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors.
- Have had experience working with 11kv power supply's
- Document day-to-day activity for the Electrical Install.
- Ensuring that all Health & Safety processes and procedures are followed.
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
- 11kV Experience is essential
- Ideally have OCGT or CCGT project experience, however, other project experience such as Energy from Waste is a desirable.
- Ability to organise and manage time effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with other teams within the company
- Ability to show good leadership
