Day rate - £400.00 to £450.00

The Role
We are currently recruiting for 3 Senior Authorised Persons to join a leading EPC contractor across 3 OCGT projects based across the UK The 3 projects are based in Eye (Suffolk), Stewartby (Bedfordshire), and Aberdare (South Wales).
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe working practices are in place, reporting incidents, undertaking risk assessments and audits, promoting a positive Health and Safety culture.
- Daily communication with the Head of SAP's to update them on project progression etc.
- Producing and reviewing switching schedules.
- Provide isolations and safety documentation for 3 Open Cycle Gas Turbine projects with 400kv output.
- Working under client High Voltage safety rules (Model Distribution Safety Rules)
- Assisting in the testing and commissioning of HV/LV systems.
- Conduct and review point of work risk assessments
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Electrical Safety Rules with the Power Industry.
- ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Current Senior Authorised Person authorisation to 400KV or above.
